It was fine in the morning when I logged in and while using the laptop. The last couple of days that I checked it is not warm anymore.

In the past, the cover behind the screen on the right side was getting warm. If the screen is clear, there is a very subtle, like hissing sound coming from the right side of the screen. When I log in in the morning, the screen is ok. It's that moment that I bring the screen up. If I'm using my laptop otherwise, the shadow doesn't appear on it's own. If I don't do anything the screen goes blank (not black - laptop is saving energy), then I press something and the screen can be clear, then small shadow, next time clear, then larger varies. I tried again adjusting the screen resolution and the brightness of the screen by clicking on the keyboard keys, but it doesn't seem to work anymore. I don't remember seeing the shadow at all the past 3 months.Ī couple of days ago, the shadow became larger. My screen has been clear for the most part.

Sometimes, I would go to Control Panel and adjust the screen resolution and it would be gone.
